Appointments

If you have an appointment booked & the nature of the appointment is urgent - Please contact 111. If it is not urgent please reschedule your appointment when service returns to normal or seek help from your local pharmacist. 
 

If you require routine help, please book a triage request via Online Access detailing what your problem is. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. For emergencies please see http://www.carepointpractice.nhs.uk/contactus

Prescriptions

If you require a prescription please use Online Access or email hillccg.carepointprescriptions@nhs.net. Please allow 72 hours for all prescription requests. For any urgent issues please contact your regular pharmacy. 

Paediatric Phlebotomy

If you have an appointment with our paediatric phlebotomy nurse, please speak to your GP surgery for further advice. 

The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Please do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP Practice if:

  • You think you might have coronavirus

  • In the last 14 days you've been to a country with a high risk of coronavirus - see our coronavirus advice for travellers

  • You've been in close contact with someone with coronavirus.  

NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service which is able to advise you if you believe you may be at risk of coronavirus.

Use this service if:

  • You think you might have coronavirus

  • In the last 14 days you've been to a country or area with a high risk of coronavirus (Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Laos, Maucau, Malaysia, Mynamar (Burma), Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Tenerife (H10 Costa Adeje Hotel), Thailand & Vietnam.

  • You've been in close contact with someone with coronavirus.
