New Patient Registration

Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery to access NHS services and it’s free to register.

When you register with us you will be assigned a GP. At any time you can contact reception to express a preference about the GP you are assigned to.

How to register as a patient

Below is our catchment area highlighted in blue, where you can enter your postcode and see if you fall within our boundary. We are currently accepting registrations from patients INSIDE of our catchment area only. We cannot accept registrations outside of our catchment area, as for example, if you are living in a borough that is not Hillingdon, this will affect services that can be provided to you, as we primarily work with Hillingodn Hospital.

Catchment Area

You are able to register with Carepoint Practice online or in person.  There is no regulatory requirement to prove identity, address, immigration status or provide an NHS number, in order to register.

We aim to process the majority of registrations within two working days, however we may not recieve your electronic notes immediately, and paper records are usually transferred from your previous practice within three months.

Registration

To Register, please complete the Online Registration form (essential), AND either the Adult or Child Registration form depending on the age of the patient and email that to [email protected]
